Standard Rental Agreement
1. Deposit and Payment
All deposits are non-refundable. Payment must be made before the start of the ride. Overtime charges apply after a 15-minute grace period.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before pickup. Any cancellation within 2 hours of pickup will be charged 50% of the fare.
3. Waiting Time Policy
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free. After that, waiting will be billed per ride type at the standard hourly rate, in 15-minute increments.
4. Mechanical Issues
We are not liable for delays due to mechanical failures, but we will reschedule the lost time at a mutually agreed date.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- $100 per seat/carpet burn
- $250 sanitation/cleaning fee for excessive mess
- Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited
- No standing through the sunroof
- The driver may end the ride if passengers behave inappropriately (no refund)
6. Safety and Capacity
All passengers must wear seatbelts. Vehicles must not exceed legal capacity. Smoking is not permitted unless authorized by the driver.
7. Lost or Forgotten Items
Fast Lane Limo Services is not responsible for lost belongings.

Advance Bookings
Bookings can be made online up to 6 hours in advance. For urgent requests, please call us directly.
Airport Pickup Policy
- First 20 minutes of airport wait are free
- $45/hour after 20 minutes
- Applies to BWI, DCA, IAD, PHL and other regional airports
Vehicle Cleanliness Policy
A $250 fee applies if the vehicle requires cleaning due to spills, vomit, smoke, or mess left behind.
Driver & Vehicle Safety
- All chauffeurs are licensed and background-checked
- Vehicles are commercially insured and inspected regularly
- Surveillance footage is recorded for safety and deleted after 24 hours unless needed
